Customer service.

So today I was sitting around work, pretty much staring at my monitor trying to look as if I were busy. It was working. I began to think though, what a funny job for me to have. A major part of my job is talking on the phone, answering questions, handling angry or eldery people, fenagaling and such. What is so bizarre is that I am pretty phone phobic. Not to say I am actually afraid of phone calls, but I just dislike talking on the phone, I always feel really awkward. Face to face, or letter form are my preferred forms of communications. Once in a while I also like to communicate in subtle threats. Like a dead squirrel in the mail, or a big red exclamation point painted in red substance on ones front door. If you have talked to me on the phone and I was curt or sounded like I was rushed, now you know why. Anyways when I am at work it does not seem to be a problem. My theory right now is that I turn into my alternate douchy work ego. If you want to experience the brunt of the customer service tooliness you can call me at 202 785 WPAS when I am working that is. I will laugh at all your lame jokes and I will not laugh at you when you make preposterous claims.
