The Return.

Long story short, I googled my own name. I swear it was not solely vanity motivated. Mostly nothing comes up except a few social networking group profiles which I started because friends invited me but which I never spent the time to fill out. However, on page two or three I found a link to my old website. This website. I read through a couple of posts from years back to which the link led. It reminded me that I used to have stories. One of the hardest things about law school for me is that I don't really stories anymore. Or to clarify, I have stories but they are are about tortfeasors, easements, and constructive trusts. These are not stories that anyone wants to hear or that I want to tell.

The question for me though is whether I really lived a life that was that much more interesting years back and I just can't believe the answer is a resounding "yes." My current theory is that writing things down here made me more sensitive to things that are actually happening around me. I become conscious of "hey this is interesting, I should remember this and write it down." It is the opposite of the jackass with the camera who spends so much time taking pictures that he misses the fireworks.

This leads me here. I will attempt to update this site. Take your bets now on how long that lasts. That is the gist of this post. My apologize to the loyal devotees (no one) of the all taco format.
